If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Please read the following policy carefully to understand the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Time Frame: You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable Items: Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. These include:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened or used consumables (e.g., filters, cleaning products)
- Gift cards or any items marked as final sale
- Defective or Incorrect Products: If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for a return or exchange at no additional cost.
2. Initiating a Return

Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that returns will only be accepted with a valid RA#.
Step 3: Carefully package the item, ensuring it is in its original packaging, and affix the RA# to the return label. Please include all original documents such as receipts, manuals, and warranty cards.
Step 4: Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund based on the following criteria:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully issued.
- Refund Amount: The refunded amount will be the purchase price of the item(s) returned, minus any applicable shipping charges. If the item was received damaged or incorrect, you will also be refunded the return shipping cost.
4. Exchanges
At Citypariz, we aim to make the exchange process as easy as possible. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you can follow the same return process, but please ensure the new item is available before initiating the exchange.
- Once your returned item is received and processed, we will arrange for the new item to be sent to you. If there is a price difference between the returned item and the new item, we will either charge you the difference or issue a partial refund.
5. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, including:
